This rulebook governs the conduct of games and the behavior of participants

1

1. GENERAL RULES

  • 1.1. The game is conducted strictly according to the club rules. Any disputes are resolved based on this rulebook. If a game situation is not directly described in these rules, the decision is made by the dealer or the manager based on logic, principles of fair play, and established poker practice.
  • 1.2. The dealer's decisions are binding for all players. If a situation is disputed or unclear, the dealer stops the hand and calls the manager. The manager's decision is final.
  • 1.3. Each player is responsible for controlling their own cards, stack, and actions. Player mistakes are the responsibility of the player.
  • 1.4. Players must treat the dealer and other participants with respect. Insults, threats, and aggressive behavior are prohibited.
  • 1.5. Any form of cheating is prohibited.
  • 1.6. Keeping any electronic devices on the table is prohibited.

2. GAME PROCEDURE

  • 2.1. A verbal declaration of an action takes precedence over the movement of chips. The player must follow the declared action.
  • 2.2. Deliberate stalling of the game is prohibited. The dealer may place the player on a one-minute decision clock at their discretion.
  • 2.3. Any disputes related to a hand must be raised and resolved before the next hand begins. The start of a new hand means all players agree with the results and actions of the previous hand, and no further claims regarding it will be accepted.
  • 2.4. A player entering the game outside the big blind position must post a guest blind equal to the big blind. To enter immediately in the small blind position, the player must post both the small blind and the big blind. The player may also choose to wait for the big blind position.
  • 2.5. Running out the remaining board cards after the hand has ended is prohibited.
  • 2.6. Call-time is 3 hours. A player who is in profit must play the full call-time. A player who is losing or has no winnings may leave the game at any time.

3. CARDS AND SHOWDOWN

  • 3.1. The player on the button has the right to cut the deck. The deck remains in the dealer's hands and is not passed to the player.
  • 3.2. A player must protect their cards. If a player's cards touch the muck or become mixed with folded cards and cannot be clearly identified, the hand is declared dead.
  • 3.3. A player must keep their cards above the table.
  • 3.4. If a player reveals or exposes one or more of their cards before showdown (even accidentally), the hand is declared dead and the cards are folded. Exception: the player is all-in.
  • 3.5. If a player shows their cards to another player during the hand, the dealer must declare the hand dead.
  • 3.6. Premature dealing of the turn or river by the dealer is corrected according to TDA rules.
  • 3.7. By mutual agreement of all players involved in an all-in, running two boards is allowed.
  • 3.8. Touching another player's cards is prohibited.
  • 3.9. A player who declares a fold must surrender their cards.
  • 3.10. If there were bets in the final betting round, the player who made the last bet or raise shows their cards first.
  • 3.11. If there were no bets in the final betting round, the player first clockwise after the button shows their cards first.
  • 3.12. At showdown, a player must reveal all of their cards. If a player reveals only one card, it is considered a fold.
  • 3.13. If a player wins the hand without a showdown and shows their cards to at least one player at the table, the dealer must reveal the cards to all players.
  • 3.14. Any disputes related to cards, their exposure, or the dealing order are resolved by the dealer. If there is doubt, the manager is called, and the manager's decision is final.

4. BETS AND CHIPS

  • 4.1. Bets must be made in a single motion. A player must place the amount of the bet or raise in one continuous movement of the hand.
  • 4.2. String bets (multiple chip movements without declaration) are prohibited.
  • 4.3. If a player silently throws in one chip of any denomination, it is considered a call. For it to count as a raise, the player must declare "raise" and/or the amount in advance.
  • 4.4. The minimum raise must be at least double the current bet. If a player places an amount smaller than the minimum raise (for example, with a bet of 100 placing 150), the dealer will count the minimum allowed raise — 200.
  • 4.5. Chips placed in the pot are considered committed and cannot be returned. Players are responsible for tracking bet sizes and the actions of other players.
  • 4.6. Touching another player's chips is prohibited.
  • 4.7. Chip transfers are prohibited.
  • 4.8. Chips must remain visible. Hiding high-denomination chips is prohibited. The dealer may require a player to organize their stack.
